Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using PackForAI. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and only with documents you have the right to process.
Service
PackForAI turns supported documents into AI-ready Markdown packages. Supported formats currently include PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, CSV, and JSON.
Token estimates and savings percentages are approximations for user guidance. They are not guarantees of exact model billing or exact token counts in every AI system.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the documents you upload and must have the necessary rights or permissions to process them.
You must not upload unlawful content, malware, or documents intended to abuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before using them with AI systems or sharing them elsewhere.
Accounts and access
You need an account to upload documents, create jobs, download generated packages, and manage a paid plan.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your authentication provider and for activities under your account.
Paid plans
Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Plan limits, pricing, and renewal cadence are shown at checkout.
A paid plan may increase conversion limits, active job capacity, and retention windows, but file size and processing constraints may still apply.
Availability
PackForAI is provided as a web service and may be updated, interrupted, limited, or changed as the product develops.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every document will produce useful output.

PackForAI is operated by an independent software developer based in Türkiye.
You can reach the operator about any account, billing, privacy, or support matter at info@packforai.com.
Liability
PackForAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and their terms also apply to the billing relationship.
