Refund Policy

You can cancel a subscription through the customer portal provided after purchase.

After cancellation, Pro access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless Lemon Squeezy or PackForAI indicates otherwise.

If you believe a charge was made in error or the service did not work for your first use case, contact info@packforai.com within 14 days with your account email and order details.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We approve refunds for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, or clear service failure where usage was minimal.

The $2.99 Day Pass is a one-time purchase. It is refundable only if no conversions have been run on it; once it has been used, it is non-refundable because the processing has already been delivered.

Day Pass access lasts 24 hours from purchase and does not renew.

Consumers in the EU and UK keep their statutory rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal for digital services. This policy does not limit those rights.

Heavy usage, completed document processing, or continued use after purchase may limit refund eligibility.

Token estimates, savings percentages, and AI model behavior vary by document and are not treated as exact performance guarantees.

Payments, receipts, tax handling, and payment method updates are handled by Lemon Squeezy.

Some refund timing depends on the payment method, bank, card network, and Lemon Squeezy processing timeline.
